What to bring

  • Let us know if you can bring a massage table
  • Water to drink after your treatment and throughout the day to keep you hydrated
  • 2x large bath towels or single sheet to cover massage table and a blanket to cover your body during treatment
  • A pillow for leg support
  • Comfortable clothing
  • A small cushion or towel to roll up so that your head is comfortable as you lay face down whilst receiving an AromaTouch treatment
  • Pen/notebook/business card (if you have one) - good to swap details with other participants and keep in touch.

Charlotte is a Partner, Mother, Wellness Advocate, Certified AromaTouch Trainer, Teacher and Artist.

She lives in magical North Wales with her partner and three beautiful children. She is a committed Wellness Advocate for dõTERRA essential oils. She's passionate about sharing the life-enhancing benefits of therapeutic-grade essential oils with the world.

Charlotte is certified as a trainer of the AromaTouch Technique™ - a simple yet powerful technique using dōTERRA oils and human touch. She hosts trainings in the U.K and Southern Ireland.

And for some fun trivia, Charlotte appeared on Channel 4's Come Dine With Me. She wowed fellow contestants with her unique culinary delights and won!
